Since crosspost like this works at DW but I can't find something like it in LJ, maybe I'll just post in DW from now on?

Everyone's freaking out over the LJ transfer. Me too, honestly.
I've made a Dreamwidth account, claimed my OpenID, imported my entries... and still unsure how to navigate DW.
Well, no choice but to work it out like I work out others.
My DW is the same username btw, if anyone's looking.
Though LJ is the main for now. Like... friends, communities, links.
My lists! My ItaJump list! ack... my babies.... lol :(
Why DW? Because it's got similar layout, I think. Privacy settings and stuff.
Still... fandom friends... communities... and links....
Maybe it won't happen *cross fingers* and LJ will continue being the same way.
It's just that I noticed some things... frightening, or not.
Like LJ no longer sending email notifs?
Widgets not working?
Mysterious entity russian comments or ads on my supposedly private entry?
Non-active LJ being taken over by russian entries?
Ugh, stop being so damn paranoid, me.
...... but where would I get HSJ stuff then...?
I know, it's still unsure whether or not LJ accounts will be deleted, but precautions, ya know?
At least I backed up some things.
Hmm... one thing's for sure, my ItaJump list will continue until I can't continue it.
If, if, if, LJ shut down or my account got deleted, I may have to discontinue the list.
Because most of the subbed links are LJ, the links will be useless if there's a blackout.
Or I continue somewhere else and build up the links from scratch again...?
Maybe I'll go back to being a lurker then. Well, I already have the videos with me.
Oh yeah, remember I said someone else also did ItaJump list and it's more colourful? Anyone who's a member of hey-say comm must have seen it there, username thanisthaom. Go and check it out~ I also look at it sometimes. Plus his/her(? someone who knows pls correct me) list is not on LJ, it's on a google doc and spreadsheet, which will survive if LJ suddenly went poof.
I made, well, tried to make, a spreadsheet but I'm no good at Excel and it's more of a list of my own notes for ItaJump than a usable list (that scoreboard I made in September was a part of it too, it's honestly a mess, *sigh*).
See, I also said that I use hey-say comm as my filter, especially in making my list for subbed episodes, from any subbers who post their work there. Well, aside from searching for those episodes myself or I befriend solo subbers. So...
